On Sunday, May 19th, we will gather on North Central Street in Happy Holler from Oklahoma Avenue to Emory Place. Bike Walk Knoxville held the inaugural Open Streets Knoxville event on North Central Street in October 2015 and we’re thrilled to be going back to where it all began!
